Are all your rooms pet friendly?

No, not all of our rooms are pet friendly. We have pet friendly rooms available in our Standard Queen, Twin and Family rooms as well as our cottage.

Do you have meals available?

We have a full Breakfast menu available through room service and use of the local club's courtesy bus for lunch/dinner options. We are also in the process of building a cafe/kiosk on site, so stay tuned.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations for individual rooms must be made 24 hours before check in date. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before will be charged the full amount of the first night’s accommodation. Cancellation periods for group bookings vary on the size and length of the group reservation.

What happens if I need to check in after hours?

We can organise pre check in with you if you are going to arrive after 8pm please ring the motel on (02) 6765 7355.

Do you have free parking?

Yes, each room has its own car space in front of the room.

What is the earliest I can check in?

Our check-in time is 2pm to 8pm with late check-in available on request. Earlier check-in can sometimes be arranged depending on availability.

What is the latest I can check out?

Please contact the motel ahead of time to organise. Check out time is 10am, the latest check out time is 12pm and is also subject to availability and does incur an extra charge.
